Here is Nick working on the exterior of the window framing. This was in mid-December before the major snowfall, but a plenty cold job site, none-the-less....

what are you going to do with the old siding? replace it? does it have to be custom made?

See new post from today... we're saving as much of the original clapboard as we can and filling in with cement board siding which is very close to the clapboard in appearance. What do you think of the colors? We want it to fit in with the neighborhood but it also has to express our artistic sensibilities...
